These terms and conditions also govern the contractual relationship between HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL (owner of LOCKERS LA) and the user who contracts the LOCKERS LA locker service.
The LOCKERS LA service offers its users the opportunity to rent any of its storage units for periods of calendar days (within the hours offered by LOCKERS LA).
You can store any item that fits in your rented locker, excluding prohibited items. At LOCKERS LA, the cost is per rented locker, not per individual item, so you can store as many items as fit in your locker.
To find out which lockers are available, you can check availability on the website www.lockerslamalagueta.com for the desired days.
The User may contract the storage locker rental service for a minimum period of one calendar day. The storage locker rental service will be available to the User from 8:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m., any day of the week. Therefore, any User who rents a storage locker for a one-day period must retrieve their belongings before 10:59 p.m. on the current day.
The LOCKERS LA luggage storage service is a storage locker rental service. The User may access the rented locker as many times as they wish or need during the rental period. Therefore, if the User forgets something or needs to access their storage locker during the day, they can do so without any problems during the reserved period.
The price per locker will be the one indicated on the website at the time of contracting. The prices listed on the website include VAT and refer to the rental of one locker (depending on its size) per calendar day.
The lockers offered by LOCKERS LA are completely automatic. Users can make reservations through the website www.lockerslamalagueta.com, providing, in addition to their personal information, the number of lockers they wish to rent, their size, and the reservation period. Once the reservation is complete, the user will receive confirmation of the reservation, the number of the reserved lockers, and their access code.
Therefore, the user will access their lockers using the security code provided by HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL when making their reservation.
In the event of a breakdown, blockage, or any other type of incident while using the locker, the user will have access to LOCKERS LA's assistance service. They can contact them by writing to the following address: info@lockerslamalagueta.com
ACCESS AND BOOKING
To be able to book and use LA Lockers you need to meet the following requirements
Be at least 16 years of age or older. Complete truthfully and accurately the fields indicated in the form located in the RESERVATIONS section of the website (the following: full name, telephone number, email address, reservation date, rental days, number of lockers you wish to rent, indicating their size), and the information required to complete the payment, depending on the payment method used. Accept these general terms and conditions for the service and use of the lockers.
Accept the privacy policy of HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL, as the owner of the LOCKERS LA lockers.
Once the booking process is complete, the user will receive confirmation of their reservation by email. This confirmation will indicate the number or numbers of lockers assigned, the day(s) reserved, and the access code(s) to the lockers.
The form mentioned in the previous section, which must be completed by the User, contains the information that HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL requires to formalize the rental of the LOCKERS LA lockers by the User, as well as to fulfill the contractual obligations that will arise for the parts of the storage service that the User, if applicable, contracts.
The User guarantees that all information regarding their identity and the reservation provided is true, accurate, and complete. The personal data provided will be used to manage the reservation and fulfill the obligations arising for the parts of the storage service. HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL is authorized to process the personal data provided by the User during the contracting process, as it is necessary for the provision of the service. By contracting, the User expressly grants their consent to the processing of their personal data under the terms detailed here.
Users are informed that LOCKERS LA operates 24-hour video surveillance cameras. These cameras monitor the status of the lockers at all times, as well as the use of lockers by users or third parties accessing the premises, in order to provide a better service from HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL. A corresponding notice regarding the video-monitored area is posted on the premises, in accordance with current data protection regulations.

USER OBLIGATIONS. LIMITS ON THE USE OF LOCKERS
By contracting LOCKERS LA's locker rental services, the User undertakes, in particular and without limitation:
· To use the lockers only to store their own property that they need to temporarily store in a secure location.
· To use the lockers diligently and, in particular, to ensure that the locker is properly closed upon leaving the premises (after inserting or removing items).
Not to use the lockers for illegal or unauthorized purposes. In particular, the user agrees not to store items whose mere possession or trafficking is illegal (such as stolen items, drugs, pornographic materials, or materials that are in any way degrading to human beings, etc.).
· Not to store any property whose possession requires a license without such a license or authorization (such as weapons, for example).
· Not to place any type of contaminating or dangerous material (such as flammable objects or hazardous substances) in the lockers.
· Not to use the lockers to store animals or any other living being.
· Not to place food in the lockers, unless it is packaged and cannot spill, stain the lockers, or produce odors in the LOCKERS LA premises.
· Not to provide your security code to any third party, and you are fully responsible for any breach of this obligation and its consequences.
· To enter and remain in the premises only to access the rented locker and only to carry out specific actions related to the packages inside. The user may not remain in the premises longer than strictly necessary.
Not to eat or drink inside the premises.
· To remove any bags from the rented locker(s) before 10:59 p.m. on the day the rental ends.
· To leave the lockers in the same condition as they found them at the end of the service and, in particular, to notify HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL via info@lockerslamalagueta.com of any incident the user encounters regarding the use of the lockers or their condition.
· To not take photographs or videos inside LOCKERS LA premises and, in particular and without limitation, to not take photos or recordings of the premises' security mechanisms.
CONSEQUENCES AND LIABILITY OF THE USER IN THE EVENT OF BREACH OF ITS OBLIGATIONS
The User must compensate HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL for any damages arising from the breach of its obligations under this agreement.
Breach of the Lease Term
Specifically, if the User does not empty the leased locker(s) on or before the lease expiration date, HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL will be authorized to access the lockers to remove the stored items, with the purpose of freeing them up to allow regular use by HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL customers. In such a case, HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL will temporarily store the packages and will attempt to contact the user who has breached the rental period to arrange for the return of the packages to the user (the cost of which will be borne 100% by the user). After fifteen days have passed without being able to contact the user or without the user having contacted HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL and without being able to deliver the packages, the goods will be understood to have been abandoned by the user for all purposes.In such a case, HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL will cease to retain them, and will dispose of them as it deems appropriate or convenient, depending on the type of abandoned goods.
For each day that passes from the end of the lease without the locker(s) being released by the user, until they are delivered to the user or collected by the user, an amount equivalent to the price of the uncollected locker will be charged per day. In addition, a penalty of €150 will be charged, which the user must pay to HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL, regardless of HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL's right to claim damages actually suffered. The user will be responsible for arranging the shipment of the packages with the transport company.
Failure to properly use lockers HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL reserves the right to remove any item that does not comply with the lockers' usage regulations and is considered a prohibited item. In such cases, HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL will be authorized to call the police and report the conduct, as well as remove the prohibited items.
The user will be responsible for the items they place in the lockers.
In any case, the removal of prohibited items will incur a penalty of €150. This penalty will not exclude the offending user's obligation to compensate HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL for any damages actually caused.
Damage caused to lockers by users
The user shall be fully responsible for any damage or deterioration they may cause to the lockers due to misuse or improper use. In such case, the user must compensate HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL for any physical damage caused to the locker(s), as well as for any lost profits.
In particular, and without limitation, the user causing the damage must pay HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL a penalty of the daily rental fee for each day the locker is unusable, as well as the cost of repair or replacement, which in the case of replacement is €1,000, regardless of the damages caused.
Payment of Penalties
The penalties detailed in this section will be paid by the user using the same payment method used when contracting the service or by bank transfer to the account indicated by HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL, if requested by the user. The User expressly agrees that HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL may charge the amounts established in this section using the user's card or payment method when contracting the service.
OBLIGATIONS OF HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL
HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL undertakes to keep the luggage storage service active and to make the locker or lockers contracted by the User available to the User in good working order for the duration of the contract.
HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL also undertakes to immediately address any problematic situation that may arise during the use of the lockers.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY OF HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL
HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL provides a locker space rental service and is not responsible for the safekeeping of items. The User is solely responsible for the goods stored in the rented lockers.
The User, if applicable, must file a report with the competent authorities in the event of theft, loss, or damage to stored items for any reason. We do not have insurance that covers items lost due to theft from our lockers.
HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL offers a 24-hour video surveillance service, 365 days a year, which the User expressly accepts, so that, in the event that the competent authorities require the aforementioned recording, it will be sent to them as soon as possible by HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL.
COMPLAINTS
If the User believes they have grounds to file a complaint, they may do so by sending an email to info@lockerslamalagueta.com.
At HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL, we will endeavor to resolve the incident and find a mutually satisfactory solution.
If the User is not satisfied with HERMOSA BEACH 90254 MALACITANA SL's response, they have the option of filing a complaint with the consumer authorities of the Regional Government of Andalusia.
APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION
These General Conditions are governed by Spanish law, and the parties submit to Spanish jurisdiction for the resolution of any dispute arising from this Agreement.
SIZE
Medium lockers, measuring 40 cm (height) x 50 cm (width) x 60 cm (depth), can hold approximately one carry-on suitcase and a handbag.
Large lockers, measuring 50 cm (height) x 50 cm (width) x 60 cm (depth), can hold approximately two carry-on suitcases.
XL lockers, measuring 90 cm (height) x 50 cm (width) x 60 cm (depth), can hold approximately one large suitcase or three carry-on suitcases.
